10. LEGISLACIÓN

10.1 Ley aplicable

These Terms & Conditions y el resto de condiciones legales de Portal, se rigen en todos y cada uno de sus extremos por la Legislación Española, muy especialmente la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y el Comercio Electrónico (Ley 34/2002, of 11 July) y el Reglamento (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

10.2 Miscelánea

Cualquier discrepancia derivada de estos Terms & Conditions y de los Servicios proporcionados por Liquid Sounds deberá, a discreción del consumidor, remitirse exclusivamente a (i) the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence, or (Ii) the competent courts in Arrecife (Lanzarote).

For the rest of the parties, who use the Portal and are not consumers, these Terms & Conditions and the services provided by Liquid Sounds shall be governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Spain and any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions and from the services provided by Liquid Sounds shall be referred exclusively to the competent courts in Arrecife of Lanzarote.

In case of dispute regarding the content or interpretation of the Terms & Conditions , as well as in case of conflicts, contradictions or discrepancies between this version and other language versions, the Spanish version of these Terms & Conditions prevails and is conclusive to the extent permitted by law. You can consult the Spanish version on our Portal (by selecting the language) or request us in writing to send it to you.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, you will still be bound by the remaining provisions mentioned. If this happens, the invalid provision must be fulfilled to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and, as far as possible, an effect similar to that of the invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be accepted, according to the content and purpose of these Terms & Conditions.
